A native of Williamsburg, Virginia, I have been on a consciously spiritual journey for the past 22 years. Having become aware of the connectivity of all things and the reality of the present moment above all else, I've also become aware of the power we have to effect positive change in the world through embracing love and rejecting fear.

I have lived in Pittsburgh between 1994 and 2000 where I had the opportunity to study and teach at the University of Pittsburgh and work at the Carnegie Museum of Art. In December 2000, I moved to Copenhagen, Denmark where I worked until October 2002. Returning then to Williamsburg for a year, I moved to Arlington, Virginia in October 2003 and then to Washington, DC the following year.

Now I live on Capitol Hill and spend a good bit of my free time working with like-minded spiritually grounded friends and patronizing the arts when I am able.

I'm looking forward to making connections through this site and seeing what sort of synergies emerge.

Among my hobbies aside from anthropology, psychology, and communications, are playing the tin whistle and painting in acrylics.
